All products must be returned in original packaging with all initially supplied accessories and documents. All returns are processed within 5 business days and refund issued back to original method of payment used.
If product we shipped arrived in damaged condition, it must be reported to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly exchange the product or provide a new replacement part, depending on the reported product condition. Products returned back in incomplete or misrepresented condition are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
>> Product is under a limited manufacturer warranty for manufacturer defects. All returns must be accompanied by an rma(return merchandise authorization) number. To obtain an rma number, please contact via phone 1-888-730-9880 or by emailing Service@shophot.com.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number for the return and purchase insurance through a reputable carrier. We do not accept responsibility for lost packages. We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
The merchandise must be in new and unused condition within its original packaging. All returned items are subject of 15% restocking fee.
Replacement parts and repair services can be purchased for a fee. Request a parts list for your particular model by emailing Service@shophot.com.
Our return and exchange policy is very simple. If the item we sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us (not after use), you can report to us by email for the options to return, exchange, or require a refund. Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be requested within 10 days of receiving your merchandise(s). We are subject to only one return per item.
We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter. There is no return once the merchandise box has been tampered with, thrown away or lost. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receiving the item.
Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been glued, adjusted, or tampered with from its original form upon arrival.
Returned merchandise must be received by us first before we will process and ship out any replacement products or refund the customer. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number for the return and purchase insurance through a reputable carrier. In the event that a returned package does not make it back to us, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process.
Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable; because we have paid the shipment organization to send the shipment and they will not refund the postage cost back to us after the delivery has been processed. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send a product back to our facility.
For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out replacement for free (we pay for the replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.
We reserve the right to exchange, replace, or refund merchandise to customers and not refund money if we deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.

Any kind of crash or hard landing may cause damage(s) to the aircraft. We have no control over your flying skill, behavior, or the conditions you have chosen to fly in.
>> If you used, flew, or crashed product, no matter what the reason, we cannot be responsible for your crash or use. Shophot will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including bodily injuries and property damages arising from the use of any product(s) sold. Remote controlled products and accessories can be very dangerous. Please read the operating manual before use. We have no control over the correct use, installation, application, or maintenance of our products, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damages, losses or costs resulting from the use of the products. Any claims arising from the operation, failure, or malfunctioning of the products will be denied.
>> Contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years old use. Read all enclosed instructions, warnings and precautions regarding the care and use of lipo batteries. An adult should periodically check this product and the lipo battery to ensure no damage or hazards exist.
Follow proper charing procedures to avoid overcharging, failure to follow proper charing procedures can result in the battery becoming very hot which could result in injury, burning or fire. Avoid handling the battery while plugged into the power outlet and avoid handling the battery until it has cooled down.
Spinning blades can cause injury, adult supervision is recomended. Adequate flying space is required. Keep safe distance away from streets, public thoroughfares, bodies of water and powerlines. Be mindful of spectators. Read all enclosed information before operating. Abide by all local and federal laws and regulations while operating.
